Safe Boating Classes - Fall 2008 Curriculum - Open to all. Come, meet a new friend, learn a new skill, save money on your boat insurance. Boating (12 hour course): > Sewanhaka HS - Thursday Sep 18 - Registration, 7:30PM - First class Thursday Sep 25, 7:30 - 9:30PM > Oceanside HS - Monday Oct 20, 7:30 - 9:30PM - Registration and first class > Herricks Community Center - Monday Oct 27, 7:30 - 9:30PM - Registration and first class > Garden City HS - Wed Oct 15, 7:30 - 9:30PM - Registration and first class > Long Beach High School - Wed Sep 24, 7:30 - 9:30PM - Registration and first class Boat Smart (8 hour course): >New Hyde Park Memorial High School HS - Thursday Sep 18 - Registration, 7:30PM - First class Thursday Oct 16, 7:30 - 9:30PM > North Shore High School - Thurs Oct 16, 7:30 - 9:30PM - Registration and first class Boaters must be at least 10 years of age. Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult, also registered for the class.
